Lei It Again from KB Shimmer! It is a muted neon electric pink that has a wonderful formula, achieving full opacity with 2 coats. Lei It Again is part of the large 28 polish 2015 Summer collection.
I always swore I would never buy creme indie polishes, but this was so stunning I had to have it. I am so happy I did, best creme formula I have ever used!!
