Beyond the Nail's Neon Lights

Neon Lights is a milky crelly-based glitter polish consisting of pink square, blue hex and micro yellow glitter.  I achieved opacity with 3 coats and it applied very easily.  What a fun polish!!

    Milky bases always look so soft and feminine, I love them even though they don't always look great on me.
    This is a stunner!
