China Glaze's At Vase Value

At Vase Value from China Glaze is part of the 2014 Spring City Flourish collection.  This is a light  pastel blue, but can also look slightly greenish.  I love the colour, but the formula was a big difficult to deal with.  It was streaky and to achieve opacity I used 3-4 coats.





This is a beautiful bright colour and I purchased it even knowing the formula wasn't the greatest...it was worth it!!!

    I really love this shade on you, so clean!
    China Glaze is giving us gorgeous colors in this collection, but horrible formulas... such a shame!
