Day 14 is a textured polish and this is Zoya's Carter. Carter is part of Zoya's 2013 Fall collection. It is a rich purple
textured polish with pink/purple 'pixie dust.' It is a bit on the thick
side, but I used 2 coats with no problems. This polish is a stunner!
