Initially I was just going to use Finger Paints Silkscreen Green...one of my favorite neons. It is from the 2012 Summer Neon collection. It is an eye catching, bright neon green. I should have used a white base, but instead I used 3 coats for opacity.
I decided to jazz it up a bit and add some flowers and such. I used:
- Essie's Blanc
- OPI's I Just Can't Copa-cabana
- KB Shimmer's Lei It Again & Sarong Place, Sarong Time
