#springnorules - PASTEL

Spring might just be in the wind in my neck of the woods...thank goodness!

Pastel is the third manicure of the Spring Thaw Nail Art Challenge.  I used China Glaze's At Vase Value, OPI's 4 In The Morning, OPI's Mod About You and OPI's You're Such A Budapest.  I applied some matte topcoat over 4 In The Morning then some random dots with the remaining colours and voila a pastel manicure.


 

Up next is Rain.  Here is the schedule for the challenge, if you are interested...remember no rules!

    I love it!
    Especially that matte dotticure. I don't actually own a matte top coat, but I've been thinking about getting one.
    I just don't know which one... if you have any recommendation, I'd love to hear them!

      Thanks Anca, I used Essie's Matte About You...it's only the 2nd time I have used it.
