Muppet's World Tour is from the 2014 Spring Muppet's Most Wanted collection. It is a glitter consisting of silver micro shimmer, larger white & silver glitter and then there are larger hex glitter in silver, blue and pink. This is one coat over a black, but I think you might be able to get it pretty opaque with a couple more coats. This was a relatively easy glitter to work with, not a lot of glitter fishing necessary as it is very dense.
I was able to find this collection online at Sparkle Canada a relatively new store in Toronto. Great customer service and the shipping is quick.

DeleteI like this one, especially layer over black on your nails, but to be honest, this new Muppets glitter collection doesn't do it for me...

I think that is why I picked them up so fast, because like you I missed the last Muppets collection. It is so dull and cold out that any kind of sparkle or brightness cheers me up...lol

LOVE this glitter over black! It does look pretty dense, totally a good thing :) It would make a fun accent nail next to the black, too (I'm in love with all things black nail polish, lol).
