Zoya's Carter

Carter is part of Zoya's 2013 Fall collection.  It is a rich purple textured polish with pink/purple 'pixie dust.'  It is a bit on the thick side, but I used 2 coats with no problems.  This polish is a stunner!





I really think Zoya does it best when it comes to textured polishes.  They never seem to disappoint!

    I NEED this polish! It's making me drool and go "hubba hubba!" whenever I look at swatches. So so gorgeous!
